If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your payment provider's prevailing exchange rate will apply. 2jili is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 2jili reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice. 2jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
